At RTG Tours and Travel, every trip tells a story, and our story of sustainability ranks top in our engagements with our clients, destinations and host communities.

Our Green Destinations Initiative aims to champion efforts towards increasing tree cover in line with national goals of 15 billion trees. Together with our clients, we engage host communities in tree planting initiatives at destination and community level, ensuring survival of the trees we plant to maturity.

Our lodges and camps at destination level are carefully selected as to work as much as possible with those that show evidence of our shared values in sustainability. These include those that source for local produce like vegetables other consumables from the local community. Others are those that prioritize the local community in employment opportunities.
